Nexus PowerDialer ("Nexus," "we," "us," or "our") is a Chrome extension and web service accessible at nexusdialer.io. We provide an automated power dialing tool for sales professionals using Outreach Everywhere.

2. What Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Your email address
- Your password (stored as a secure one-way hash — we never store your actual password)
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe provides us with a customer ID and subscription status only. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
Extension Usage Data
When you use the Nexus PowerDialer Chrome extension, we collect:
- A unique installation ID generated on your device
- Your subscription status (trialing, active, or locked)
- Your trial start and end dates
- Referral codes if you were referred by another user or have referred others
What We Do NOT Collect
- The content of your calls or conversations
- Your contacts, prospect data, or anything inside Outreach
- Your browsing history or activity outside of Outreach Everywhere
- Any data from pages you visit that are unrelated to Nexus
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to operate and improve Nexus PowerDialer:
- To create and manage your account
- To verify your subscription status and control access to the extension
- To process payments and manage billing through Stripe
- To send you transactional emails (account confirmation, trial reminders, billing notices)
- To track referrals and apply earned free months to accounts
- To improve the product based on general usage patterns
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We are not a data broker.
We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Stripe — to process your subscription payments. Only the minimum necessary data is shared.
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business transfers — if Nexus PowerDialer is acquired or merges with another company, your data may transfer as part of that transaction. You will be notified if this occurs.
5. Cookies and Tracking
Nexus PowerDialer does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting scripts, or behavioral tracking technologies on our website.
We may use essential session cookies necessary for account login and authentication. These are not used for tracking or advertising purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext
- All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
- Access to our database is restricted and requires authentication
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to using industry-standard practices to protect your data.
8. Your Rights — Data Subject Requests
Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of non-essential communications

9. Children's Privacy
Nexus PowerDialer is a professional tool intended for adults in sales roles. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we will notify active subscribers by email. Your continued use of Nexus PowerDialer after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
